Haley Larkin

Haley Larkin is a seasoned packaging engineer with extensive experience at Kohler Co. from June 2023 to August 2025, where roles included Senior Packaging Engineer, Packaging Engineer, Project Packaging Engineer, and Staff Engineer. Prior to this, Haley's early career included positions such as Hostess at The State Room, Learning Assistant at RISE Environmental Issues Seminar, and Mentor Coordinator for the Residential Initiative on the Study of the Environment. Experience also includes an internship at Union Adworks focused on account and creative, work as a Baker and Cashier at Union General Boutique and Cupcakery, and a Packaging Design Co-op at Unilever. Haley's academic background encompasses a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging and a degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from Michigan State University, complemented by research experience as a Research Assistant at the MSU School of Packaging, concentrating on the properties of PLA film with cellulose nanocrystals.
