Joel Smith

Joel Smith has extensive experience in engineering and leadership within the manufacturing industry and military service. Since June 1998, Joel Smith has served in various roles at Kohler Co., currently holding the position of Vice President after progressing through roles such as Sr. Director of Faucets & Kitchens Engineering and Director of New Product Engineering for Global Faucets. Prior to joining Kohler Co., Joel Smith was a Nuclear Engineer with the US Navy from 1993 to 1998. Joel Smith earned a degree from Northwestern University, attending from 1989 to 1993.
