Jon Lahti

Jon Lahti, SPHR, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Atkore International since January 2021. Previously, Jon held roles including Sr. HR Business Partner at KATERRA, where the focus was on HR strategy within a global technology startup, and Sr. Human Resources Manager at Sherwin-Williams following its merger with Valspar, overseeing HR for multiple corporate functions. Jon's extensive experience also includes senior HR management positions at Valspar, CSM Corporation, and The Servion Group, where responsibilities included directing HR strategies across various business units. Early career experience includes an HR Generalist role at Structural Wood Corporation. Jon holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
