Mark Lister

Mark Lister is a Senior Project Engineer at Kohler Co. since October 2021. Previously, Mark served as Project Engineer and Industrial Department Head at BFW Engineering & Testing Inc. / Marcum Engineering LLC. from January 2021 to September 2021, and as Staff Engineer at Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering from July 2019 to January 2021. Mark has extensive experience as an Owner/CEO from February 2007 to July 2019. Mark also held various coaching positions in college football, including Defensive Coordinator at Murray State University and the University of Tennessee at Martin, and Assistant Coach at Cornell University and The University of Toledo, contributing to a comprehensive background in both engineering and athletics. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Tarleton State University.
