Matt Smith

Matt Smith has an extensive career in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Production Manager for Arkansas Faucets Operations at Kohler Co. since October 2004. In this role, Matt oversees all manufacturing processes for Kohler Faucets. Previous positions at Kohler include Focus Factory Manager, General Supervisor of machining, and Project Manager, where responsibilities ranged from assembly operations to overseeing various machining and finishing processes. Prior experience includes tool design at Chem Fab and business management at BF Goodrich Aerospace, focusing on sheet metal manufacturing for major clients such as Boeing and Cessna. Matt holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
