Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips currently works at Kohler Co. in Enterprise Strategy Development, having joined in September 2023. Prior to this, Phillips was the Director of Corporate Strategy at Kohl’s from October 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategic programs and developing a multi-year governance framework. With a robust background at Kearney from 2005 to 2018, roles included Principal in Transactions & Transformation Practice, where significant contributions were made to merger integrations and private equity assessments, as well as managing multiple integration planning efforts. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Accounting, Corporate Strategy, and Information Systems from the University of Michigan.
