Michelle Schultz

Michelle Schultz serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Corporate & International at Kohler Co., where responsibilities include overseeing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governance since December 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle functioned as a Principal Attorney at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, providing strategic legal counsel on transactional, contract, and governance matters from January 2018 to December 2021. Michelle's legal expertise extends from a Senior Attorney position at Briggs and Morgan, P.A., focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance, as well as experience gained at Quarles & Brady LLP and as a summer law clerk and associate. Michelle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BSB in Finance and Economics from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
