Rob Davis

Rob Davis is a seasoned Senior Staff Design Engineer at Kohler Co. since January 1985, focusing on the design and development of toilets and sanitary products for both domestic and international markets, including regions such as Japan, Singapore, China, Mexico, Brazil, and Central and South America. Davis has held various engineering roles, including Staff Engineer and Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, demonstrating expertise in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient production and shipment processes. Additional experience includes serving as an Engineering Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed product testing and implementation for improvements and cost reductions. Beyond engineering, Rob Davis is a Certified KCBS Judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society and has volunteered as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Milwaukee Public Schools. An alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering and holder of additional degrees in Spanish and Business from Lakeland University, Rob Davis combines technical proficiency with a strong educational background.
