Ryan McDaniel

Ryan McDaniel is currently the Sr. Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering at Kohler Company, where they focus on digital transformation and production automation. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Nissan Motor Corporation, including Director of Aftersales SCM and Director of the Program Management Office. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering from Tennessee State University and an MBA from the University of Alabama, Ryan has extensive experience in manufacturing strategy and process optimization, having started their career at General Motors Corporation as a Production Supervisor.
