Stan Grycan has a solid background in mechanical engineering with over three decades of experience in product development and design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Kohler Co. since February 2015, Stan focuses on global faucets and sustaining engineering for faucet products. Previous roles at Kohler include Senior Mechanical Project Engineer in both advanced development and new product development for faucets, as well as various staff engineering positions overseeing sanitary and kitchen products. Before joining Kohler, Stan worked as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Mirro Company and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Medalist Industries. Stan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 1979 and 1983.
