Alison Topczewski has extensive experience in the fashion and apparel industry, currently serving as the Manager of 3D Product Creation Transformation in Design at Kohl's since February 2013. In this role, Alison leads a centralized transformation team focused on integrating business teams and executing key initiatives to enhance organizational operations. Previous positions include various design and technical design roles, such as Associate Designer and Assistant Designer for Fila and Assistant Technical Designer for multiple brands, where responsibilities included sketching, creating design packages, fabric and trim development, and participating in fit sessions. Prior to Kohl's, Alison worked as a Quality Assistant at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, ensuring the quality of pre-production samples. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Product Development from Mount Mary University and has additional education from the Paris American Academy.
