Caen A. Dennis is an in-house fashion and retail attorney specializing in intellectual property and litigation, with a focus on trademark prosecution and enforcement. Caen currently serves as Legal Counsel of Intellectual Property at Kohl's and Co-Secretary of the Fashion Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association.
