David Payne

David Payne has over 20 years of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst at Kohl's since August 2015. In previous roles at Kohl's, David has also held positions as a Senior Business Operations Analyst in HR and DC HR Generalist. Prior to joining Kohl's, David worked at The Home Depot from February 2006 to August 2015 as a Merchandising Assistant Manager, Specialty Sales Assistant Manager, and Human Resource Manager, overseeing HR functions for a district with seven stores and 1,000 employees. David began a career at Target Corporation, where from February 2002 to February 2006, responsibilities included serving as an Executive Team Leader and managing HR functions for a store of up to 250 employees. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources from The University of Toledo, completing studies from 1993 to 2000.
