Debbie Koepf

Debbie Koepf is a seasoned Quality Engineering Manager at Kohls since January 2009, where leadership includes fostering a culture of fast feedback within product teams and implementing Agile Testing Strategies for reliable solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Test Manager at Agfa Healthcare from July 2003 to January 2009, managing test engineers, standardizing test procedures, and supporting business requests. Additionally, from March 1998 to July 2003, Debbie worked as Software Test Manager at GE Medical System, overseeing the global software validation test team in cardiology. Debbie holds a Master of Business Administration from De Vry University Keller Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
