Eli Getson

Eli Getson is an accomplished Executive Vice President and General Merchandising Manager for Men's Apparel at Kohl's, with a significant background in organizational transformation, merchandising, and marketing. They have held senior leadership positions at prominent companies, including Duluth Trading Company, Academy Sports + Outdoors, and Polo Ralph Lauren, where they consistently drove operational improvements and growth. Eli has also worked as a consultant and advisor, sharing their expertise in the retail sector. They are actively involved in charitable work, including a position on the Houston advisory board of St. Jude's Children’s Hospital. Currently, Eli is pursuing their studies in Art History at New York University.
