Ivan N. is currently leading Data and Business Intelligence Platform Engineering Teams at Kohl's, where they are also developing a multiyear data strategy. Previously, Ivan held several leadership roles in data engineering at companies such as JPMorganChase, DoorDash, and Airbnb, managing initiatives in areas like market risk, customer experience, and machine learning forecasting. Ivan co-founded Aganju Apps, where they contributed to backend services for iOS applications and websites, and served as a Senior Data Engineer at CrossChannel. With a strong educational background, Ivan is pursuing a Master's degree in Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley, along with an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Elmhurst University.
