Jon Wallgren

Jon Wallgren is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Kohl's since June 2011, overseeing over 2,000 associates across multiple sites. Previous roles at Kohl's include Vice President of Customer Service and Director of Credit and Customer Service, where Jon drove significant initiatives such as Apple Pay and Kohl's Pay installations. Prior to Kohl's, Jon held the position of Segment Director at JPMorgan Chase, managing a private label card relationship, and was Vice President of Program Development at HSBC, where notable achievements included launching a credit card partnership with Helzberg Diamonds. Jon initiated a Six Sigma program as a Master Black Belt at HSBC and began a career at Waste Management as a General Management Trainee and Account Executive.
