Josh Randall

Josh Randall is currently a Senior Product Manager at Kohl’s Department Stores, where they focus on enhancing the associate experience through various technology-driven projects. Their extensive tenure at Kohl's includes roles as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and earlier management positions, where they contributed to numerous store openings and remodels. Additionally, Josh serves as the Artistic Director for the Interchange Theater Co-Op in Milwaukee, fostering creative initiatives in theater and comedy. They earned a BA in International/Global Studies from the University of Central Florida.
