Katie Fitting

Katie Fitting is currently the Director of Customer Service at Kohl's Credit and Customer Service, a role they have held since 2016. They also serve as the Director of Digital Commerce Customer Care at Kohl's Department Stores, which they started in 2012. Prior to their current positions, Katie worked with Kohl's Corporate as a Senior Manager in Collections from 2006 to 2012 and held various managerial roles at The May Department Stores Company and Federated Department Stores between 1986 and 2006. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Oregon in 1986.
