Keith Halverson

Keith Halverson is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in product management and project leadership, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Kohl's since October 1998. In this role, Keith leads the Product Management efforts in the Collaboration product line, focusing on areas such as Workstream Collaboration, Content Collaboration, and modernizing Voice integration. Previously, as Senior Product Manager for the AIOPS team, Keith was responsible for the Product Roadmap and Annual Portfolio Planning, encompassing enterprise monitoring, chatbots, and ML/AI applications. Keith's career at Kohl's also includes positions such as Delivery Solutions Architect, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, where extensive experience in application monitoring and merchandising applications was gained. Prior to Kohl's, Keith worked at M&I Data Services (now FIS), evolving from an entry-level programmer to Project Leader, overseeing the Wealth Management business unit's IT portfolio. Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
