Kevin Smith is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as the General Store Manager at Kohl's since November 2008, Kevin implements and maintains policy changes to achieve company profitability goals while acting as an ambassador for customers to resolve complex issues and foster loyalty. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Assistant Store Manager at Linens n Things from 2003 to 2008, where responsibilities included boosting department sales through strategic analysis and client engagement, along with conducting various human resource functions such as interviewing and training. Kevin holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Piedmont Community College.
