Leverett Alcott is a data-driven product design leader with extensive experience in UX/UI and a focus on customer-centered innovation. They currently serve as a Senior Manager of Product Design at Kohl's, where they drive customer-loved experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes. Leverett has previously held roles such as UX/UI Product Design Director at MRC, Creative Director at Luxury Link, and Co-Founder of Accelestate, showcasing their ability to scale design organizations and optimize product performance. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Design from the University of Cincinnati.
