Patrick Fleming

Patrick Fleming has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at The SYGMA Network since May 2005, where responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, and strategic partnership with management. Additionally, Patrick holds a part-time position as a front-end supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores since 2007 and previously worked as a Regional HR Manager at Penske Logistics and District HR Manager at Service Merchandise. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Gettysburg College, completing studies from 1977 to 1981, and attended East Longmeadow High School from 1974 to 1977.
