Ryan Galvin

Ryan Galvin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in loss prevention and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Loss Prevention Manager of Logistics at Kohl's since August 2002, Ryan oversees four distribution centers across the Eastern United States and is involved in innovative process automation projects. Previous roles at Kohl's include DC Loss Prevention Manager and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing teams, operational oversight, and development of quality assurance standards. Additionally, Ryan co-owns Cypher Scenario Consulting and has operational management experience from La Bean Coffee, LLC, and managerial expertise from Kathy's Nip Shop, Inc. Ryan's educational background includes degrees in Emergency Management and Criminal Justice from institutions within the State University of New York system and Western Governors University.
