Sarah Prasher graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio Northern University in 2005. Following graduation, they worked as a Leadership Consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, enhancing leadership and recruitment skills for chapters nationwide. Sarah later served as a Production Team Advisor at Schreiber Foods, where they received the President's Leadership Award in 2007. They returned to Ohio Northern University to take on several roles in alumni relations, culminating as the director, before transitioning to Kohl's, where they have held various supervisory and engineering positions since 2018, currently serving as the industrial engineer for the EFC6 e-fulfillment center.
