Shashi Mohan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and performance, currently serving at Kohl's since November 2017. In this role, Shashi oversees holiday peak readiness for customer-facing applications and manages a 24/7 monitoring team for eCommerce production systems. Prior to Kohl's, Shashi co-founded UnMail, where responsibilities included serving as CTO and business head, and was the CTO and CIO at Polaris Financial Technologies, which was acquired by Virtusa in 2016. Additional experience includes positions at Oracle, Infogain, and BEA Systems, focusing on high-availability features, web applications, and consulting services. Shashi holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications from Delhi College of Engineering.
