Tom Armstrong

Tom Armstrong is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving operational success. Currently serving as District Manager for Kohl's Department Stores since October 2016, Tom has a proven track record of enhancing customer and employee experiences while achieving profitable financial results. Prior to Kohl's, Tom held the position of District Manager at JCPenney for nearly nine years, and spent over 11 years at Best Buy, where various roles included District Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Regional Merchandise Manager, contributing to significant market share growth and store openings. Earlier career experiences include positions at Target and K-Mart, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
