Koh-mo-reh-bee means sunlight filtered through tree leaves in Japanese. Kohmorehbee seeks to serve the social development sector in India with a focus on intersectional issues. With a decade of independent work behind us, we want to:

1. Bridge the trust deficit between civil society and philanthropy.
2. Create space for experimentation and innovation for underfunded causes.
3. Advance the culture of sharing and seeking resources in Indian society.
4. Curate indigenous knowledge around resource mobilisation.
