James Brooks

James Brooks is an IT leader and service management expert with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT service desks and service management software across leading Fortune 500 and Forbes Private 500 companies. Currently serving as an Implementation Agiloft Specialist at Koho Software since December 2018, James has also held significant roles at DHL as an ITIL Expert and ISO/IEC 20000 Manager/Consultant since September 2012, and previously directed IT operations at Beachbody, RadioShack, and Hallmark Cards, Inc. James holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from UCLA.
