Jonathan Ballas

Jonathan Ballas is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in the beverage industry. As President and Co-Founder of DrinkPAK since 2020, Jonathan oversees high-speed beverage can co-packing operations across multiple locations. Jonathan also serves as Managing Partner at RedDecimal, LLC and has played advisory and board roles for companies such as Casa Azul Spirits and De La Calle. An active investor, Jonathan has contributed to ventures like Koia and Adrenaline Shoc Beverage, the latter in partnership with Keurig Dr. Pepper. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at both ZenWTR and mymuse organic, along with senior leadership at Core Nutrition, LLC, prior to its acquisition by Keurig Dr. Pepper. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
