Toby Wesselingh

Toby Wesselingh is an experienced barista and mixologist currently working at KOIBIRD since February 2025. Prior to this role, Toby held various positions at JOE & THE JUICE, including Daily Store Manager, Shift Manager, and Barista, while pursuing a master's degree in Advertising at the London College of Communication. Toby also served as a Social Media Officer for Saved™ from November 2023 to February 2024 and collaborated with Apple as a Graphic Design Artist to create artwork inspired by Battersea Power Station. Additional graphic design experience includes working with Battersea Arts Centre to design promotional content and freelance work for the Royal Court Theatre. As a Brand Ambassador for The Collective UK, Toby contributed to market research and brand awareness initiatives. Previous experience includes working as a waiter and bar staff at Bill's Restaurants and holding roles in the Blizzard Theatre Company as Treasurer and Assistant Producer. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Health and Human Sciences from Durham University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from International School Aberdeen.
