Koji Studio introduces Japanese shochu to European hospitality through producer engagement, cultural understanding and meaningful connections.
Based in France, Koji Studio explores the diversity of shochu through ongoing visits to producers, regional research and continuous learning across Japan's shochu-producing regions.
Understanding shochu means understanding the people, places and traditions behind it. By highlighting the ingredients, production methods, regional identity and craftsmanship that shape shochu, Koji Studio helps foster greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of one of Japan's most diverse yet least-known spirits while building meaningful connections between Japanese producers and European hospitality.
