Even our name means one-to-one: “Koko” is a Japanese word for “individual”.

OUR SMARTRAINING METHODOLOGY
Our patented training system offers each client an on-demand, individualized coaching experience during every strength, cardio or functional training workout. We call it Koko Smartraining.

Whether clients choose to work out independently with the guidance of our digital coaching technology, or 1:1 with a highly certified coach, our clients receive individualized coaching every time they work out, for better results from the time they spend in the gym.
