Brian Rubick has over 20 years of experience in sales and consulting roles. In 1999, they began their career as a Consultant for Managed Business Solutions, where they specified, designed, and implemented custom application business solutions for multiple Fortune 500 companies. In 2005, they joined Hitachi Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on multiple projects, leveraging technical knowledge while building a functional foundation based on team management, business analysis, and industry analysis. In 2007, they joined Career and Technical Training, LLC as an Account Representative, where they mastered IT products and solutions and developed an IT sales funnel from $0 to $275K in the first month. Also in 2007, they joined GRASP Systems as the Vice President of Business Development, where they were responsible for all sales programs, pipeline development, revenue generation, lead generation, and marketing content and campaigns. In 2014, they joined Infor as the Vice President of Sales for Healthcare Workforce Management, where they were responsible for go-to-market sales strategies, pipeline development, revenue generation, and overall domain expertise. In 2016, they joined Ciber Global as a Senior Client Partner, where they were responsible for pipeline development, quarterly and annual bookings, and domain expertise. In 2017, they joined Infor as a Senior Client Partner, where they were hand-selected to represent the Healthcare industry on the UpgradeX strategic account sales team. In 2018, they joined nSpire Health as the Director of National Sales, where they were responsible for executing the national sales strategy for the Pulmonary Function Testing product line and developing strong business relationships with key accounts.
Brian Rubick attended Decatur High School from 1991 to 1995. Brian then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, graduating in 1999.
