Cory Scott

Cory Scott is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as Lead Estimator at Kokosing since January 2019, Cory specializes in planning take-offs, managing construction budgets, and coordinating Design-Build projects. Previously, Cory held the position of Senior Estimator at Tutor Perini Corporation and has worked as a Project Engineer for Louis Berger Water Services. Additional experience includes roles as PM/Estimator and Project Manager at American Infrastructure, contributing to heavy civil projects and self-performed construction. Cory began a career in construction in 1998 with a background in soils and concrete testing. Holding a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Cory also works as a Marketing Consultant for Ambit Energy, helping to enroll and save customers in deregulated energy markets.
