Jeff Kerst

Jeff Kerst is a seasoned professional in the civil construction industry, currently serving as the Regional Estimating Manager and Senior Estimator at Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. since June 2003. With expertise in multi-disciplinary highway, airport, and municipal projects valued up to $200 million across Northern Ohio, Northeastern Indiana, Western Pennsylvania, and Southeastern Michigan, Jeff has built a strong reputation in the field. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at SE Johnson Cos. from November 1988 to June 2003, where responsibilities included Estimator, Regional Chief Estimator, and Division Manager, focusing on highway contracting in Northern Ohio and NE Indiana. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from The Ohio State University, completed in 1984, and also attended Ontario High School.
