Jill Harris

Jill Harris, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. since May 2015, where strategic human resource leadership is provided through the oversight of HR policies, programs, and services. Prior to this role, Jill Harris held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Corna Kokosing Construction Company from April 2001 to May 2015, focusing on the strategic use of human resources and ensuring regulatory compliance. Jill Harris began a career in education as an Educator with Columbus Public Schools from August 1991 to February 2000, where curriculum development in Reading/Language Arts, Health, and Social Studies was carried out.
