Scott Erick has extensive experience in human resources, having spent the majority of his career at Kokosing Inc since May 2007, where Scott has held multiple senior roles, including Vice President of Human Resources and previously Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Scott Erick worked at Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. from 1995 to 2006, serving as Human Resources Manager, Benefits Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Scott Erick holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University (1998-2001) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Capital University (1991-1995).
