Tunca Üçer

Tunca Üçer has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. In 2012, they worked as an Editor in Chief at Tekin Yayınevi, where they focused on digital transformation projects such as e-invoice integration and transitioning to e-books. In 2014, they co-founded both Ventus Kolektif, a company that specializes in an unidentified field, and Refpool, a social recruitment tool. From 2015 to 2016, Tunca worked as an inbound marketing manager at Paraşüt, a financial management software company for SMEs. In 2017, they began working as a Writer at Growth Bülteni. In 2018, they took on the role of Vice President and later became the President of the Galatasaray Üniversitesi Mezunlar Derneği, where they focus on enhancing relationships between alumni and the university. Since 2016, Tunca has held the position of Founder and COO at Kolay, a leading HR B2B SaaS startup in Turkey and Europe. In this position, they are responsible for spearheading marketing, growth, business development, HR, and global expansion efforts.

Tunca Üçer's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Galatasaray Üniversitesi. They completed their undergraduate degree in Sociology in 2011. In the same year, they pursued further education at Université Paris Cité, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology in 2012. Additionally, in 2008-2009, Tunca studied at Nantes Université, specializing in Sociology.

Aside from their formal education, Tunca has also obtained several certifications. In November 2013, they completed a certification titled "Digital Education for Enhanced Editorial Products." In 2014, they obtained a certification in "Google Analytics Platform Principles" from Google. Their most recent certification, completed in November 2019, is titled "The digital economy: Finance for Business Growth" and was obtained from The Open University.
