Eric Herrera has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Eric began their career in 2007 as a District Manager Retail Chains at Republic National Distributing Company, where they managed operations across multiple states. In 2010, they joined The Predictive Group, Inc. as an Associate, using predictive analytics and skill assessments to drive organizational success. Eric later became the Director of Marketing, responsible for managing the database, reporting key metrics, and delivering results from marketing strategies. In 2012, they started their own consulting company, OneSeven Consulting, where they worked as an Owner until 2015. In that same year, they joined AZ Growth Advisors as a Member. Currently, they are working at Kolbe Corp, initially as a Director of Sales and now as the Vice President of Sales, responsible for identifying and applying instinctive strengths in human behavior.
Eric Herrera attended the Indiana Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Eric has not obtained any additional certifications.
