Will Rapp has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Will started their career as an Official Assistant at First National City Bank of New York in 1964. Will then moved to Citibank Argentina, where they held the positions of Manager and Manager Small Business Lending from 1966 to 1972. Following this, Rapp became the Executive Director of Citicop Leasing do Brasil, the largest equipment leasing company in Brazil, from 1972 to 1974. In 1974, they joined Valley National Bank of Arizona as a Vice President and worked there until 1986. Rapp then served as the President of Resources International from 1987 to 1988. From 1989, they worked at Kolbe Corp as the President of Kolbe International, responsible for international marketing and training. Rapp also had a brief role as a Business Mentor at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2016. Additionally, they contributed to the State of Arizona as a Loaned Executive to the Governor from 1976 to 1977, where they helped promote international trade and investment. Overall, Rapp has gained extensive experience in finance, banking, management, and international trade throughout their career.
Will Rapp's education history begins with their high school diploma from Bisbee High School in 1956. After completing their high school education, they attended the University of Arizona from 1956 to 1960, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Will Rapp then proceeded to further their education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from 1964 to 1965.
