Michael Bennett

Michael Bennett has over twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry. From 1996 to 2008, they worked at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as Technical Manager and Director of Global Network Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the corporate WAN and LAN network in company offices and factories across the US. Michael also managed a $120 million annual budget allocated towards telecommunications services, network hardware, and infrastructure services. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Kelly Mitchell Group, Inc. as an IT Project Manager. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Randstad Technologies US as an Infrastructure Project Manager. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Datalink as a Senior Data Center Solution Consultant in the Data Center Migration Practice. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Collabera Inc. as a Data Center Migration Consultant. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Datatrend Technologies as a Data Center Transformation Consultant for Delta Airlines. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Brillio as a Project Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Orlando Health as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager and Solution Architect, responsible for implementing cloud solutions and virtualization projects. Michael also managed the build-out of the upgraded VMWare platform, as well as a new virtual desktop environment used to facilitate remote access needs across the company. Michael also planned and implemented the storage migration from several legacy storage systems to a new NetApp storage platform. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Advantage Resourcing - Technical Staffing as a Solutions Architect, responsible for determining the data center migration strategy between the legacy and new virtual data center environments for a major US airline. Michael also completed the migration of the applications within the portfolio, and transformed the application environment to enable cloud technology to be deployed across the new data center architecture. Currently, they are working at Kolter Solutions as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager.
