Caleb Swartz is currently serving as the Global Continuous Miner Industrial Minerals Lead at Komatsu, having taken on this role in 2023. They have been with Komatsu Mining Corp. since 2017, previously holding the position of 12CM/12HM Miner Application Group Leader. Additionally, Caleb has been a Technologist within the 12CM/HM Miner Application Group at Joy Global since 2001. Caleb earned an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute-Youngstown between 1998 and 2000.
