Scott White

Scott White has a strong background in manufacturing and quality management. Scott currently holds the position of Director of Quality at Komatsu, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Global Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Komatsu Mining Corp. from September 2016 to November 2020. Scott also held various roles at Joy Global, including Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Global Manager of Manufacturing Processes, Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Lean Manager, spanning from 2008 to 2020. Before joining Joy Global, Scott worked at Rexam as a Division Lean Manager, responsible for implementing Lean tools and driving operational excellence across 10 plants within the division, from 2003 to 2008. Scott began their career as a Quality Manager at Rotek Inc. in 1989. Scott also had a brief role at Ionic Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Scott White earned a BS in Business from Duquesne University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
