Stephen Poletto currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Lattice, a position held since February 2023, after progressing through various leadership roles including interim Head of EPD and SVP/Head of Engineering. Poletto also advises several companies, including Seso Inc., Kombo, and a Stealth Startup. Prior to Lattice, Poletto was the Director of Engineering at Dropbox and held various engineering roles, starting as a Software Engineer. Poletto began a career in software engineering with an internship at Apple. Poletto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Brown University.
