Currently serving as Vice Deputy Chairman of Commercial at the National Sports Committee of Indonesia, Ryan focuses on developing the organization's intellectual property for financial sustainability and fostering a vibrant sports culture in Indonesia. As Vice President of the Indonesian Padel Association, Ryan provides strategic guidance to promote the sport of Padel in the country. Additionally, Ryan leads Kompit as CEO, focusing on creating a competition superapp aimed at youth development. Ryan's notable roles include founding Liga Mahasiswa, Indonesia's largest collegiate sports entity, and serving as Country Representative for Rakuten Sports in Indonesia, overseeing content rights offerings. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco and a recent certification in Hotel Real Estate Investment from Cornell University, Ryan combines expertise in both sports and business sectors to drive growth and innovation.
