Michael Gramz

Michael Gramz is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at both Kompliant and Confidence Systems since January 2025. Prior to these roles, Michael was the Chief Risk Officer, Co-Founder, and Board Director at Maast from April 2022 to August 2024. Michael’s extensive background includes serving as EVP and Chief Risk Officer at YapStone and Merchant e-Solutions, as well as a key role at Bank of America Merchant Services. Michael began a lengthy career at Bank of America, progressing through various roles related to risk management, compliance, and audit from September 1996 to November 2009. Michael’s foundations in the industry trace back to Citizens Commercial and Savings Bank, where responsibilities included information technology auditing from June 1987 to September 1996.
