Meity Zhang

Meity Zhang has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Meity began their career in 2006 as a Recruitment Senior Staff at PT Pharos Indonesia. In 2010, they moved to ITG Mega Grosir as an HRD Supervisor. Meity then worked for PT. Warna Warni Media as an HR Supervisor & Corporate Secretary from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined Asia Pulp & Paper Indonesia as an HR Asst. Manager from 2013 to 2017. Meity then worked for PT Prima Jaya Abadi as an HR Manager & Plant Head from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they moved to PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo (Wonokoyo Group) as a Recruitment & ODTM Manager. In 2020, they joined Bernofarm as a Strategic Resource Management Section Head. Currently, they are the Human Capital Manager at Komunal Indonesia, where they are responsible for setting up the company structure and building talent through recruitment, continuous learning and development.

Meity Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) in 2006, followed by a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Access Management from IMPAC Partners in Productivity and English as a Second Language from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
