Millatina Arfa has worked in various roles since 2014. Millatina began their career at Blibli.com as a Merchant Aquisution and Customer Service Agent. In 2018, they joined the GRATYO® Group as a Business Development Officer. Currently, they are employed at Komunal Indonesia as a Commercial Partnership and Business Development Associate.

Millatina Arfa attended the University of Muhammadiyah Malang from 2014 to 2014, where they earned a degree in S Ikom with a field of study in ilmu komunikasi.
