At Komyosys, we build AI systems that generate real revenue, not just impressive demos.
Founded in 2025 by M. Shahzad Arif after the deliberate and fully-solvent closure of Kognifi (2023–2025), Komyosys is the direct result of everything we learned the first time around — applied from day one.
We exist for operators who are tired of pilots that fizzle, over-engineered prototypes, and agencies that disappear after the invoice is paid.
Instead, we deliver:

Autonomous workflows that run 24/7 with minimal human touch
Reasoning-grade AI agents that make decisions, not just suggestions
RAG architectures and fine-tuned models that actually improve your margins
Clean, maintainable codebases and infrastructure that scale without drama

Our promise is simple: every project must pay for itself within 90–180 days or we haven’t done our job.
We work exclusively with companies that already have product-market fit and real revenue — because that’s where AI creates the highest leverage. If you’re still searching for problem-solution fit, we’ll politely refer you elsewhere. If you’re ready to turn operational chaos into compounded profit, we’re your team.
No junior-heavy teams. No off-shore black boxes. No “minimum 6-month retainers” just to keep the lights on.
Just a small, senior group that ships fast, charges fairly, and treats your business like it’s our own.
Practical AI. Measurable ROI.
